General Terms & Conditions -
1) You will earn 1 point for every £1 spent online or in-store. Each point has the equivalent value of 2p.
2) Points have no real cash value and cannot be exchanged for their monetary counterpart.
3) Points can only be awarded at the point of sale, either by presenting your pass or providing your details at the till. If none of these things are presented at the time of purchase, you'll will not earn those points. Points will not be carried over until the next sale.
4) Your points will be rewarded based on the final purchase price after any discounts or previously applied points have been redeemed. Not the value of the any products before this time.
5) Any points or discounts awarded are non-transferrable and are for the sole use of the intended recipient.
6) Your reward pass and account are intended for your use only. Any abuse of this facility with result in your account being deactivated and your pass removed. You will lose any points accumulated up to this action being taken.
7) Opportunities to earn extra points or discounts will be at the sole discretion of Maldon Vape Co Ltd and may be withdrawn or altered at any time. If any terms & conditions are altered we will aim to give you reasonable notice of our intention to do so.
8) Points earned through the referral scheme will only be awarded to the referrer once the referee earns 150 points through purchase or sign up and the reward scheme.
Security & Privacy Conditions -
1) Maldon vape Co Ltd T/A The Vape Hut uses the 3rd party software 'Loyalty Dog' to provide you with an account and any passes.
2) It is the responsibility of the account holder to keep all personal and contact information up to date on their accounts at all times and to use a secure password to protect their information. Maldon Vape Co Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses incurred as a result of any breach of security on the account holders personal computer, phone or any apps downloaded due to insufficient passwords or inadequate anti virus software.
3) If you believe there has been a breach of your passwords or information, you must notify us immediately and take the necessary steps to protect your account by changing your passwords.
4) By signing up to the rewards scheme, you accept that Maldon Vape Co Ltd and Loyalty Dog will store your information for the purpose of awarding points and discounts. Excluding any security information you provide during set up.
5) In addition to this, you also agree that Maldon Vape Co Ltd will also store your contact information for the purpose of marketing & communications only. This may be stored in software other than Loyalty Dog, such as 3rd party customer retention software. We will take all reasonable steps to maintain the security of any software we use and adhere to all GDPR regulations set out by U.K law.
6) Maldon Vape Co Ltd will never share your information to any 3rd parties or app developers other than for the purposes set out above. We do not store any information other than your name and contact details. We do not have access to your security information or passwords.
7) You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the steps provided on the app, online account or by speaking to us instore.
